Iyantra is unique innovative enterprise with our competence in foam concrete technology. We are provider of cellular light weight concrete (CLC) also known as foam concrete machinery and technology with our explicit knowledge.

In this current scenario it is challenge for construction sector to reduce their construction costs with new technologies and methods without compromising the quality and sustainability. Iyantra is came with a great solution for cost cutting in your project amazingly with technically and environmentally sound product called ‘FOAM CONCRETE’.

WHAT IS FOAM CONCRETE?

Foam concrete is also known as “cellular light weight concrete”, “CLC”, “Foamed cement” “ light weight concrete” across the world with its greater advantages from last 40 years. Foam Concrete is made from mixing aqueous foam into slurry of cement, fly ash, sand, water and other additives in a control condition. It will Result many small air cells uniformly distributed throughout the concrete which will creates cellular structural material.

Foam concrete can be manufactured from densities ranging from 300kgs/m3 to 1800kgs/m3 with compressive strengths between 5kgs/cm2 to 200kgs/cm2 without any compactions or vibration .foam concrete manufacturing consumes higher amounts of fly ash (which is waste material from thermal power stations)  hence it is consider as  100%  green building material. At present Foam concrete is using for blocks, panels, precast items, prefabricated houses, void fillings, roof insulations, floor screeds and many other applications throughout the world from last four decades.

How FOAM CONCRETE IS Made?

The basic foam concrete is made from mixing aqueous foam which is produced from foam generators(IFG) into slurry of cement, fly ash, sand, water and other additives in a precise mixing mixer (IFM) for accurate mixing without disturbing its original chemical and physical properties.

The final mixture Results many small air cells uniformly distributed throughout the concrete which will creates cellular structural material from densities ranging from 300kgs /m3 to 1800kgs/m3 .  the Precise controls of the volume of air cells in foam concrete will results controlled densities and strength’s of foam concrete.

The final mixture is either pumped with foam concrete pump (IFP) or transfers manually for casting of blocks, panels, precast items, prefabricated houses, void fillings, roof insulations, floor screeds and many other applications without any vibration or compaction. Foam Concrete manufacturing machinery and procedure is varies according to the production capacities and applications requirements..
