What are the types of curing for AAC Blocks?
Two types of curings
1) Standard autoclaving at 180-200℃ /12-13 kg pressure for 8 hrs.
2) Low-pressure steam curing in a steam chamber at 100-110℃ /1-2 kg pressure for 10-12 hrs.
What are necessary equipments is needed for steam curing ?
Boiler, Auto clave for standard process or steam chamber for the low cost.
How many days old block can be send for testing ?
We recommend to 10-20 days old block for testing.
What are Sizes & Number of Bricks per m3 with weights ?
1) 500(L) x 200(H) x 100(T) = 100 No's
2) 500(L) x 200(H) x 150(T) = 67 No's
3) 500(L) x 200(H) x 200(T) = 50 No's.

Plant capacity varies from capacity model to model. Minimum of 25-150 m3/day can be produced. The production cost varies according to the production and site conditions(minimum 1 to 1.2 Cr investment required.)

What is difference between AAC & CLC?
Both are lightweight blocks used in construction. The major difference between AAC & CLC blocks is in the manufacturing process, where AAC blocks will be ready in 24 hrs and CLC blocks will take around 20-28 days for curing.
