AAC also is known as Autoclaved Aerated concrete / lightweight concrete. (AAC) has been widely using across the world. Autoclaved aerated concrete or AAC is made by mixing Portland cement, lime, flyash, water, and aluminum powder the final mixture is poured into moulds. The reaction between aluminum and lime causes microscopic hydrogen bubbles to form lower density concrete by expanding it. After evaporation of the hydrogen and initial setting, aerated concrete is cut into required sizes and cured by steam-curing in a pressurized chamber (an autoclave) or low pressurized steam chambers. The result is a non-toxic, high strength, lightweight, airtight material that can be used for all walling applications. AAC is a green building material that generates no pollutants or hazardous waste during the manufacturing process. Iyantra introduces First Indian made Low- Cost & Low-pressure steam curing AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) blocks manufacturing Plant & Machinery.
CLC is also known as “Cellular Lightweight Concrete”, “Foam Concrete”, “Foamed Cement”, “Light Weight Concrete” worldwide with its greater advantages from the last 6 decades. Iyantra is a pioneer CLC (Cellular Light Weight Concrete) block making machinery manufacturer in India. CLC is made from the precise mixing of aqueous foam, the slurry of cement, fly ash or sand, water, and other additives in a CLC mixer for accurate mixing without disturbing its original chemical and physical properties. The final mixture results in many tiny air bubbles uniformly distributed throughout the concrete which creates cellular structural material densities ranging from 300 kg/m3 to 1800 kg/m3 with compressive strengths between 5 kg/cm2 to 200 kg/cm2. The Precise control of air cells in the volume of CLC will result in controlled densities and strengths. The final mixture is either pumped or transferred manually for different applications without any vibration or compaction. CLC manufacturing consumes higher amounts of fly ash (which is waste material from thermal power stations) hence it is considered as the green building material.
We have a wide range of Fly Ash Brick Making Machine which is manufactured in accordance with the clients' specifications and needs. Fly ash is a useful the by-product from thermal power stations using pulverized coal as fuel and has considerable pozzolanic activity. This national resource has been gainfully utilized for the manufacture of pulverized fuel ash-lime bricks as a supplement to common burnt clay buildings bricks leading to conservation of natural resources and improvement in the environmental quality.

CONLITE is a protein-based 100% BIO gradable FOAM concentrate which forms very stable bubbles which impart necessary porosity to the foam concrete. Bubbles are strong enough to last till the foam concrete is set at required density. CONLITE is normally used at 2% to 3% in the water. Actual Concentration to be used depends on the water quality and FOAM generating equipment etc.. CONLITE has a minimum shelf life of 2 years if properly stored in its original Container or tanks suitable for storage. Within a temperature range of 0°C to + 50°C. Ensure containers are not directly exposed to sunlight & heat for a long period. CONLITE is environmentally safe. It is biodegradable and low toxicity to the Aquatic organisms. It can be successfully treated in biological wastewater treatment systems.
